Legal Secretary - Employment - International Firm

The Opportunity:
Join an internationally renowned law firm and work alongside a high-performing team of employment lawyers. You’ll collaborate with another legal secretary to support the team. The firm has a great down-to-earth culture, dress for your day policy and is friendly and welcoming. This role offers 1 day of work from home.

The Role:
Working in a team of 2, you will support 1 partner directly and a team of 5 lawyers; the other secretary will support the rest of the team. This is a traditional legal secretary role, and you will be assisting with:

• Diary & email management
• Billing
• Assist with events and other BD activities
• Prepare correspondence and documents

About You:
You have prior law firm experience, and we welcome applications from both intermediate-level and more senior candidates. Experience in a litigated or advisory practice area is essential, given the nature of the work. Beyond that, we are looking for a can-do attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
