Position Overview

The role will lead and implement marketing initiatives across all Education centres.

This role requires an individual who understands both marketing strategy and the unique needs of early childhood education providers.

A qualification or substantial experience in early childhood education is highly regarded as it allows for the creation of informed, accurate, and culturally relevant content for families, educators, and community partners.

Proficiency in Chinese language (Mandarin) is strongly preferred to support engagement with culturally diverse families and assist with outreach to Chinese-speaking communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Education’s services, new centre openings, and community engagement initiatives.
• Enhance brand consistency across all centres and communication channels.
• Produce marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, digital content, videos, and parent communication content.
• Manage the organisation’s online presence including website updates, SEO management, and digital advertising.
• Create, schedule, and monitor social media campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Analyse digital performance metrics and provide regular reporting.
• Coordinate centre events, open days, and information sessions.
• Strengthen partnerships with local community groups, schools, and early learning associations.
• Implement lead-generation strategies to support enrolment targets at existing and new centres.
• Assist centre managers in preparing enrolment packs, parent communications, and promotional materials.
• Create marketing plans aligned with expansion schedules for upcoming centres.
• Oversee brand and marketing compliance across all existing and new facilities.
• Support centre launches, including pre-opening marketing, advertising, and community outreach.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required. Qualifications or experience in Early Childhood Education would be an advantage.
• Proven experience in marketing, ideally within education, childcare center.

Highly Desirable

• Qualification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Postgraduate Diploma, Bachelor, or Master in Early Years Education).
• Experience working in early childhood settings, preferably within a multi-branch organisation or chain of centres.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese to support community engagement and multicultural outreach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
