You will be joining our Townsville branch, reporting to the Branch Manager and working alongside our well-established team. You will receive on the job training as well as the opportunity undertake courses for High Risk Work, Working at Heights, EWP’s, if not already held.

What You Will Do

As a Labourer, you'll be part of a hardworking team keeping our Townsville branch running smoothly.

More specifically, you will:

• Assist with the identification, relocation and placement of building components within the factory.

• Assist with packing and final transit preparations.

• Travel to customer sites as required to assist the installation crew with the safe and efficient installation of modular buildings.

• Represent ATCO professionally on client sites, building positive relationships with customers while delivering a high standard of service.

• Comply with all HSEQ requirements.

• Assist with daily housekeeping activities.

• Other general labouring duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring

To hit the ground running, you will bring:

• Current Forklift Licence.

• Construction Induction White Card (essential).

• Current Driver's Licence.

• General labouring experience.

• A hands-on attitude with a willingness to assist with the installation of modular buildings on customer sites when required.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients while representing ATCO on site.

• A strong safety and team-oriented attitude.

• Reliability and an excellent work ethic.

• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
