About the role
St Albans Meadows Primary School is a highly regarded, inclusive and community-focused school located in Melbourne¿s west. With a proud history since 1980, the school has developed a strong reputation for caring for students, valuing diversity and delivering high-quality educational programs that support every learner to succeed.
This is a school with real heart, strong community connections and significant opportunities for future growth and improvement.
Our community is culturally and linguistically diverse, with approximately 77% of students coming from language backgrounds other than English. We are proud of the richness this brings to our learning environment and the strong partnerships we maintain with families.
The school offers a broad and engaging curriculum, supported by specialist programs and extensive enrichment opportunities including sport, music, arts, intervention and extension programs, and a highly regarded Kitchen Garden Program delivered in purpose-built facilities.
Importantly, St Albans Meadows Primary School is at a point where strong operational leadership is essential to support its next stage of development. The school includes ageing infrastructure, active facility management requirements and ongoing improvement priorities that require a Facilities Manager who is proactive, strategic and future-focused.
This is an opportunity to step into a key role in a school where your work will directly shape the learning environment, facilities and long-term sustainability of the school.
