Enrolled Nurse - Madeley - Casual

To support urgent staffing needs and respond quickly to changing resident care requirements, we are seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our casual pool at our Madeley site. This opportunity is ideal for nurses who are flexible, reliable, and available to work at short notice.

The Role
As a Casual Enrolled Nurse at Brightwater, you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team that includes nurses, allied health professionals, hotel services, and site administration. You will help fill urgent vacancies across AM and PM shifts, providing safe, responsive and high-quality care that promotes choice, independence, and quality of life for our residents.

About the Site: Madeley

110 private rooms that span across six interlinking houses. Each house has an inviting and homely feel, with its own living room, kitchen and dining room. Gardens and gazebo areas surround each of the houses, providing plenty of spaces to relax outdoors.

To be successful in this casual role, you will possess the following attributes:

• Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Deliver a strong clinical care service.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach.
• Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients.

• Be flexible and responsive, with the ability to accept shifts at short notice where possible.

• A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than 12 months old
• First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old and valid CPR)
• A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check
