MyLiving Outdoors is one of South Australia's leading outdoor construction companies, specialising in premium timber and steel verandahs, carports, decks, screening, gates and custom outdoor entertainment areas.

As part of our continued growth, we are launching a new in-house construction division and are seeking Qualified Carpenters and/or Lead Carpenters to help build the team from the ground up.

We're building a team for the long term, including bringing through apprentices. So, if you've got the patience to teach someone why the tape measure wasn't wrong and the timber didn't shrink overnight, you'll fit right in.

This is a unique opportunity to join at the beginning, help shape the culture, standards and processes of the division, and play a key role in its long-term success.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Certificate III in Carpentry

• Current Driver's Licence

• White Card

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Additional Requirements for Lead Carpenter Applicants

• Previous experience leading teams

• Minimum of 1-2 years of team leadership experience is required for Lead Carpenter positions

• Strong organisational skills

• Ability to manage projects and communicate with customers

• Commitment to mentoring apprentices and developing team members
