About This Role

Moco Food Services is on the hunt for skilled butchers who want to refine their craft and be part of something bigger. Based in our state-of-the-art Wacol facility, you’ll join a team that prides itself on quality, consistency, and craftsmanship. You'll be producing portioned meat cuts for some of the best chefs and venues across SE QLD and Northern NSW.

Key duties of the role include:

·         Preparing and portioning high-quality meat to customer specifications

·         Operate industry-leading equipment – slicers, bandsaws, mincers, sausage fillers, Formax and more.

·         Maintaining high safety, hygiene, and production standards in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience Required

·         Experience in butchering or portion-controlled meat processing.

·         Able to work day shift (6am–2pm) or afternoon shift (2pm–10pm)

·         High attention to detail.

·         Team-focused attitude with good organisation and reliability.

·         Experience with yield control and portioning equipment.

·         Must hold full Australian work rights.
