Physiotherapist

About the role

We're looking for a Physiotherapist to join TPS Bayside. You'll assess, diagnose, and develop personalised, evidence-based treatment plans. You'll deliver both one-on-one physiotherapy and facilitate Reformer Pilates classes tailored to the needs of your patients. You'll manage a varied caseload across private, Insurance, NDIS and DVA, supported by a collaborative team and modern facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and develop personalised, evidence-based treatment plans
• Facilitate Reformer Pilates classes, tailored to the needs of your patients
• Manage a varied caseload across private, Insurance, NDIS and DVA
• Participate in mentoring and ongoing professional development
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary range of health professionals to provide comprehensive care

About you

• Current AHPRA registration
• Experience with Australian funding systems (e.g., NDIS, DVA, WorkCover)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A reliable vehicle
