ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, structure, and the feeling of a job well done at the end of each day. You’ll play an important part in making sure customers receive the right products, at the right time, with the kind of service that makes online shopping feel easy, dependable, and personal.

• You’ll process daily online orders across our eCommerce platforms, carefully picking and packing products and coordinating dispatch with shipping partners so deliveries go out accurately and on time. Your work is central to the customer journey, turning a digital purchase into a real, positive experience that arrives exactly as expected.
• You’ll help maintain accurate stock levels within the online fulfillment center by receiving stock, completing inventory checks, reconciling discrepancies, and identifying slow-moving or obsolete items. By keeping stock records reliable and current, you’ll support better planning, reduce waste, and help the team operate with greater confidence and efficiency.
• You’ll maintain a high standard of accuracy across picking, packing, data entry, and recordkeeping, spotting potential errors before they impact customers. Your care and consistency will help protect service quality, minimise rework, and create a more seamless workflow for everyone around you.
• You’ll also be encouraged to share ideas, contribute to team discussions, and look for practical ways to improve efficiency and service. • Strong attention to detail in picking, packing, and data entry
• Customer service experience across email, chat, or similar channels
• Dependable, organised, and comfortable managing daily workflow priorities
• Experience maintaining accurate stock records or inventory systems
