Are you a passionate, enthusiastic and energetic Early Childhood Educator who wants to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and families?

We are seeking Educators to join our specialised 40-place early learning centre. This is a rewarding opportunity for educators who are passionate about inclusion, genuinely cares about children, and is committed to helping every child reach their full potential.

About Us

Our centre works closely with Allied Health Professionals to provide high-quality, individualised support for children with additional needs.

We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive, nurturing and empowering environment where every child is valued, supported and celebrated for who they are.

With educator-to-child ratios of approximately 1:3 to 1:4, our educators are well supported and have the time and opportunity to build meaningful relationships, provide hands-on learning experiences and respond to each child's individual needs.

You'll be joining a close-knit, passionate team who genuinely care about making a positive difference every day.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III Educator

• Holds a current Blue Card

• Holds current First Aid and CPR certification

• Has a positive, energetic and caring approach

• Has a genuine passion for working with children with diverse needs

• Builds warm, respectful relationships with children and families

• Is creative, enthusiastic and committed to providing engaging learning experiences

• Is willing to learn, grow and work collaboratively with educators, therapists and families

• Is reliable, compassionate and ready to be part of a supportive team
