Associate Primary Engineer

As our Transmission & Distribution team continues to grow, we're looking for an Associate Primary Engineer in our Adelaide office to help deliver High Voltage (HV) infrastructure projects across utilities, renewables, data centres and energy transition markets.

This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced HV specialists, take ownership of meaningful work, and continue building your technical and client-facing capability within a supportive and growing team.

Here's What You'll Do

• Deliver primary substation designs and design reviews (22kV-500kV).
• Produce and review layouts, SLDs, sections and equipment specifications.
• Support project delivery across scope, schedule and quality objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Civil, Structural and Secondary Engineering teams.
• Mentor developing engineers and contribute to technical excellence across the team.

• Experience in HV Primary Engineering within transmission and distribution environments.
• Knowledge of Australian HV design standards and utility requirements.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering deliverables.
• Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to quality engineering outcomes.
• Experience with AIS and GIS substations will be highly regarded. #LI-SK2
