NDIS Facilitator

What would I be doing? 

As a NDIS Facilitator, you will be responsible for facilitating all client activities from pre-planning through to intake with their NDIS plans. This role is crucial for providing people with disabilities information, assistance and support throughout this process. 

This could include:

• Participating in client negotiations and promote suitable service provision options and providing financial quoting for services.
• Complete/update CPL Client Service Agreements.
• Monitor client plan status (extended plans and / or new plans) and fully manage the intake process for ongoing service provision in your region.
• Prepare & support clients at NDIS Plan meetings.
• Report and rectify potential billing and system interface errors.
• Analyse funding utilisations and advise on corrective actions required. 
• Deliver NDIS training to local teams.
• Track and register details of the client support and funding utilisation.
• Build positive networks and relationship with disability organisations, local area coordinators and the NDIA to support business objectives.

This is a part-time role working for approximately 45 hours a fortnight.
