Be the welcoming first point of contact for AHCWA, providing professional reception and administrative support across our Boorloo (Perth) office.

As part of AHCWA's Corporate Services team, you will help create a positive experience for visitors, members and stakeholders while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the organisation.

About the Role

As the Receptionist, you will:

• Provide professional and welcoming reception and customer service to visitors, members and stakeholders.
• Answer and direct phone calls, manage reception enquiries and monitor the organisation's central email account.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, meeting rooms, catering and other office logistics.
• Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, data entry and meeting support.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
• Maintain office supplies, records and administrative systems and contribute to continuous improvement.

About You

You are friendly, organised and professional, with a strong customer service focus and the ability to keep things running smoothly in a busy office environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in reception, administration or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and welcoming manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• The ability to work independently, use initiative and contribute positively to a team.
• The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• The ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and uphold cultural safety.

Highly regarded:

• Identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and is acknowledged as such by their community.
