In this dynamic fast paced role, you will be an integral part of the growing HR Connect team providing consistent and accurate human resource advisory services. You will work in partnership with the Human Resource Business Partners to promptly resolve various human resource challenges and matters for employees and leaders.
As a Human Resources Consultant, you will support Fiona Stanley Hospital employees and leaders by:
Interpreting and providing advice on 5 x industrial instrumentsAdvising and executing position management processes including position creation and position reclassificationAssisting in advising and executing change management processesCompleting permanency reviewsAdvising and executing numerous simple policies and proceduresOverseeing simple non-work-related fitness for work processesAdvising on the resolution of simple grievance processesAdvising on the execution of simple performance management processesAssisting with organisation-wide projects and initiativesWorking with a portfolio of approximately 2,500 employeesEnsuring compliance with standards and Key Performance Indicators
The HR Connect team do not provide end to end human resource advice/services and do not complete any disciplinary, misconduct or investigative processes.

Demonstrated human resource experience (preferably in a HR administration, HR officer or HR consultant position)Demonstrated strong customer service focus with the ability to build relationshipsDemonstrated high proficiency in technology, with the ability to quickly adapt and learn multiple new systemsDemonstrated flexibility and pragmatic problem-solving skillsDemonstrated eagerness to learn and coachabilityDemonstrated resilience in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated strong level of attention to detail balanced against speedStrong motivation and determination to achieve outcomes and deliverables
