We’re looking for a warm, personable and proactive Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at Lancemore Crossley St., a design-led boutique hotel in the heart of Melbourne’s theatre district. About The Role

Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth guest experienceRespond to guest queries with warmth and professionalismProvide local knowledge and information on hotel services and amenitiesMaintain accurate guest records and ensure all bookings are correctly recordedAnswer emails and phone calls promptly and courteouslySupport breakfast service and our very popular Hosted HourSupport the team with day-to-day administrative and front desk tasksCollaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure service excellenceHelp resolve guest concerns quickly and effectivelyContribute to a positive team environment that delivers memorable experiences

About You

A natural people person with a warm, professional communication styleStrong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasksExperience in a similar role is ideal, but a great attitude is more importantComfortable with technology – experience using hotel systems is a plusRSA preferred; barista/bar experience also welcomed
