About the roleWe’re growing quickly and are looking for Financial Advisers who are passionate about delivering client-focused advice at a high standard.Our streamlined advice model allows you to focus on what matters most — building strong client relationships and providing quality advice — while our professional support teams assist with administration, compliance and implementation.This is an opportunity to thrive in a client-centric, technology-enabled environment where your work makes a real difference to clients’ financial wellbeing.
Key responsibilities:Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Providing phone-based financial advice to clients in a professional and engaging wayCompleting client reviews across areas such as superannuation, insurance and retirement planningReviewing client circumstances and providing appropriate ongoing adviceEnsuring advice documents are accurate, compliant and relevant to each client’s needsManaging client portfolios and building trusted long-term relationshipsSupporting and mentoring Associate Advisers through professional guidance
The successful applicant:Currently authorised as a financial planner and listed/registered on Financial Adviser RegisterMeets current professional standards for financial advisers, including education, exam and CPD requirements, as applicableMinimum 3 years’ experience in Financial PlanningStrong knowledge of superannuation, insurance and retirement planningHighly professional, excellent oral and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail, supported by a solid technical backgroundA client-first approach, with the ability to build trust and rapportA commitment to quality advice, compliance and strong client outcomes
