About Your New Role

As a vital member of our Open Minds Team, you'll be assisting our clients with complex needs live independently and achieve their goals. Our Support Workers drive our frontline services, delivering exceptional care and innovative strategies to help clients reach their full potential. Each day will be unique, whether you're assisting with daily tasks, supporting mental health challenges, or simply being a trusted companion.

Requirements

• A current Open Driver's Licence and access to own vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow card)
• QLD Blue Card (Working with Children clearance)
• 1 Year experience with disabilities and mental health support services (highly desirable) 
• CPR and PFA Certificate
