🧩 About the role

You'll play a flexible role across our client base, contributing to both general HR support and more embedded partnering engagements where you become a trusted extension of the business.

Your work may include:

• Driving annual people processes

• Policy interpretation and drafting

• Employee relations and performance management

• Recruitment & onboarding

• Training & development

• Coaching

• Generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle

• Ad hoc HR projects
