Regal Gateway Property is a successful boutique real estate agency servicing Perth's southern suburbs. We are looking for a reliable and energetic Marketing & Letterbox Distribution Officer to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, being outdoors and taking pride in representing a local business within the community.

The Role

Your primary responsibility will be the distribution of Regal Gateway Property flyers, newsletters and other marketing material throughout our core service areas.

You will be responsible for:

• Distributing flyers and marketing material to residential properties

• Covering designated streets and suburbs efficiently

• Representing the Regal Gateway Property brand professionally in the community

• Keeping accurate records of completed distribution areas

• Ensuring marketing material is distributed neatly and professionally

• Working independently while meeting agreed daily targets

• Reporting completed areas to the office

• Following reasonable instructions regarding distribution routes and campaigns

Areas Covered

The role will primarily cover:

• Atwell

• Aubin Grove

• Wandi

• Hammond Park

• Treeby

• Success

Applicants who live within or close to these suburbs are encouraged to apply, as local knowledge and proximity will be advantageous.

Hours

Part-time – Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day (25 hours per week).

The position is designed around weekday daytime hours, making it well suited to applicants looking for consistent work during school and daytime hours.

Specific start and finish times will be discussed with the successful applicant, subject to operational requirements.

• Physically capable of walking for extended periods

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Well organised and able to work independently

• Friendly and professional

• Familiar with the local area

• Able to follow maps, routes and instructions

• Able to meet daily distribution targets

• A good communicator

• Well presented and respectful of the community

Previous experience in leaflet distribution, marketing, real estate, sales, delivery or a similar role would be advantageous, but training will be provided to the right applicant.

Employment Conditions

This is a part-time position working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The successful applicant will be employed in accordance with applicable Australian workplace legislation, and will receive all applicable minimum employment entitlements.
