DJI Drone Solutions Clerk

Australia Agritech is looking for a positive, friendly and technology-focused DJI Drone Solutions Clerk to join our team.

This position will initially be offered on a casual basis, with the opportunity to progress to a permanent position based on performance and business requirements.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about drones and new technology, enjoys helping customers, and is willing to learn. Full product and technical training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries about DJI drone products, features and applications.

• Provide product information and help customers identify suitable solutions.

• Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and technical enquiries.

• Handle after-sales and repair enquiries by following company SOPs.

• Guide customers through warranty and repair processes.

• Follow up with customers and ensure enquiries are properly recorded and resolved.

• Escalate technical issues to the appropriate team member when required.

• Maintain accurate customer, repair and service records.

• Assist with general DJI product and customer support activities.

• Previous drone or technical experience is an advantage but not essential.

Training Provided

Full training will be provided, including:

• DJI drone products and applications

• Basic troubleshooting

• After-sales service procedures

• Warranty and repair processes

• Internal systems and SOPs
