About the role
Since 1954, Whitmore Bus Group has provided quality and innovative transport services to Northern Victoria and the NSW Riverina.

We are a LOCAL company linking the regional communities of the Riverina with a fleet of over 75 vehicles across 9 depots. We remain at all times focussed on our core values of quality service, safety, reliability, courtesy and excellence.
Due to business growth, we have an opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our Wagga based team.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Supervisor, the Office Administrator is responsible for the coordination and execution of all operational procedures to ensure the company delivers safe and reliable transport services each day.
This includes:
· Supporting the day-to-day coordination of transport operations
· Ensuring employees arrive on time for their shifts and services are delivered in a manner that meets contractual KPIs
· Contractual reporting & administration tasks
· Investigating any incidents/accidents through company processes, including the review of CCTV and other sources of information
What are we looking for?
· Prior experience within the bus industry or in administration / operations coordinator roles would be highly desirable
Excellent communication skills (English language both oral and written)
Superior time management and organisational skills
Excellent Customer Service skills
Excellent computer literacy (excel, word and outlook)
Experience with industry scheduling software, computer mapping and CCTV system programs would be highly desirable
