This is a hands-on role with a small, capable team, where you’ll remain active in sales while taking ownership of brand performance and presentation. It’s a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills while driving growth for two respected vehicle brands.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sell new and used vehicles

• Manage leads and ensure proactive customer follow-up

• Support and guide a small team

• Take ownership of inventory presentation and brand marketing activity

• Coordinate with manufacturer partners and ensure brand compliance

• Monitor performance and implement strategies to meet sales targets

• Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business

What You’ll Bring:

• A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills

• The ability to lead by example in a small team environment

• Experience in vehicle sales (management experience is a bonus but not essential)

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
