Benefits - 

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and help customers achieve value from our software solutions. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships, supporting product adoption, and driving positive customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 customer accounts across a range of industries
• Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as a primary point of contact
• Conduct regular customer meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• Create success plans aligned to customer goals and business needs.
• Support product adoption through training, guidance, and best practice recommendations
• Monitor usage and engagement data to identify opportunities and risks
• Work collaboratively with Sales and internal teams to support renewals and account growth
• Gather customer feedback and advocate for customer needs internally

Skills and Experience

• Experience in customer success, account management, or another customer-facing role within a B2B SaaS environment
• Ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders and understand different business needs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confidence working with CRM and customer success platforms such as Salesforce and Gainsight
• A data-informed approach to managing accounts and identifying opportunities.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
