Our focus is on empowering older people and people with disabilities to make informed choices about their health and wellbeing, while supporting the aged care and disability sectors to deliver person-centred services.
iLA currently delivers Single Assessment Service across WA and a range of digital-first initiatives including LiveUp, KeepAble, and AT Chat navigation and peer mentoring programs. As one of only three non-government organisations included in the federal government’s Aged Care Data and Digital Strategy, iLA is recognised as a leader in developing scalable, forward-thinking solutions that promote independence.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Social Worker with a passion for supporting older Australians? If you're looking to make a meaningful impact and provide support to older individuals within the community, we want to hear from you! This role will see you deliver aged care assessment services to older Australians to enable them to remain living independently at home or access government funded aged care services.
