About the role

Baker's Delight Manuka is hiring a full or part time Baker in Manuka, ACT. Early morning starts involve baking a wide range of high-quality breads and specialty products, maintaining food safety and workplace health & safety standards, assisting with training and supporting junior staff, and working as part of a small, supportive team.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Oven, bowl and bench skills

• At least 1 year of experience required

• Experience, skill, and a great attitude to the bench, bowl and ovens

• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a new franchise's success

• Can work independently and collaboratively

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
