Westex Contracting are seeking an experienced Diesel Fitter to join our team. This is a full-time position offering ongoing work and long-term stability.

Essential Criteria 

• Relevant Trade Certificate

• Proven experience in Maintenance, Repairs, and Fitting work

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical

• Valid Driver's Licence

• Willingness to provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices, supporting their training and professional growth

Advantageous But Not Essential

• Knowledge of Cummins, Cats and Volvo Engines

• Knowledge of Side Tippers
