Summary:

The Test References role is a temporary part-time position within the Advertising & PR industry, aimed at supporting the verification and validation of client references. This position is crucial for ensuring the integrity and reliability of our client engagements, contributing to the overall success of our campaigns and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough checks on client references to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Compile and maintain detailed records of reference checks and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the account management team to address any discrepancies found during the reference checks.
• Assist in the preparation of reports summarising findings and recommendations based on reference checks.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of an associate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the Advertising & PR industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Proficient in using office software and databases for record-keeping.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
