Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Leading Hand / Foreman to join our team.

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead projects, coordinate trades, and ensure every home is built to the highest standard.

• Supervise day-to-day site operations

• Coordinate subcontractors and trades

• Read and interpret construction plans

• Maintain quality workmanship and site safety

• Keep projects on schedule

• Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers

You enjoy leading a team, solving problems, and maintaining high standards on every project.

• Qualified Carpenter

• Previous Leading Hand or Foreman experience (or ready to step into the role)

• Strong residential construction experience

• Current White Card

• Current Driver's Licence

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
