KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Pack garments to a high standard to ensure exceptional customer experienceProcess returns/exchanges and refunds through the online portalManage the customer service email by responding to customersAssist with recieving, unloading and organising physical inventoryMaintain accurate inventory count with regular stock takesLearn and understand out QC processesAssist in creating and packing PR gifts to a high level of detail and presentation
