The Role

• Managing a portfolio of 150 properties, end to end.

• Maintaining relationships with Residential Rental Providers

• Arranging repairs and maintenance 

• Completing entries, exits and routine inspections

• Full time administration support provided 

• We are a fully paperless office

• State-of-the-art technology, including; PropertyMe, Inspection Express, Inspect Real Estate, RP Data, DocUSign, Dropbox etc

• Work from our brand new Fitzroy North office - Free parking 

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm 

• Rotating Saturday open for inspections (1 in 4) 

About You

• 2+ years minimum experience managing your own portfolio

• You must be either a Licensed Estate Agent, hold a valid Cert IV in Property Services or Agent's Representative Certificate 

• Current driver's license & a squeaky clean record

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed

• A willingness to have fun and “don’t sweat the small stuff”

• A great sense of humour
