Client Services Officer

About the role

Are you organised, detail-focused and looking for a role where your work makes a real difference to local clients and families? Integral Rural Financial Services is seeking a Client Services Officer to join our Griffith-based team and help deliver high-quality, personalised financial advice built on trust, care and long-term relationships.

This is a hands-on support role where you will work closely with Financial Advisers and the client service team to ensure clients receive professional, timely and thoughtful support throughout the advice process.

Key responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisers and the client service team through each stage of the advice process.
• Prepare, maintain and update accurate client records in our CRM and business systems.
• Assist with client portfolio administration and ongoing service requirements.
• Lodge, track and follow up applications, maintenance requests and provider requirements.
• Respond to client enquiries by phone and email with professionalism, care and respect.
• Contribute to a reliable and positive client experience through strong administration, follow-through and attention to detail.

About you

• Experience in client service, administration or financial adviser support is preferred, but not essential.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using business systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• A positive team attitude, willingness to learn and ability to show initiative.
• Australian permanent resident status is required for this position.
