Key responsibilities

• Inspect and identify pests on customer premises

• Perform pest eradication and prevention activities

• Maintain high levels of customer service

• Provide sound advice to customers regarding on-site pest issues

• Utilise advanced technology for SMART pest control

• Undertake both theory and practical training

• Assist and work under the supervision of a licensed technician

• Adhere to all WHS practices and policies

• Demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and problem-solving abilities

• Present professionally with exceptional customer service skills

Position requirements

• Full Australian Driver’s Licence

• Ability to travel and start immediately

• Pest control licence preferred but not essential — training provided for the right candidate

• Proficiency in mobile technology

• Good physical fitness and health (capable of working in crawl spaces and roof spaces)

• Demonstrates maturity, responsibility, and self-motivation to work independently when required
