• Manage insurance repair projects end-to-end for repair stage

• Coordinate trades and keep jobs moving

• Work closely with internal teams to drive progress

• Keep customers and insurers informed

• Solve problems early to avoid delays

• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance on every job

• Trade or building background

• Experience in site supervision of insurance repairs (preferred)

• Ability to manage multiple jobs at once

• Strong communication and organisation

• A proactive, no-nonsense approach to getting things done

• Driver’s licence
