To support this journey, we’re looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Sydney.

What you'll be doing

• Leading structural engineering design and delivery for small, medium and large projects (ie. High rise towers, Data Centres, Defence Projects, and many others!)

• Managing shop drawing reviews and Requests for Information (RFIs)

• Completing site inspections and site inspection reports

• Delegating tasks and providing feedback to our Structural Engineering teams

• Providing technical guidance, coaching and mentoring for our Structural Engineering teams

• Managing projects, including multidisciplinary design coordination, fee estimates, tender submissions, technical documentation, scheduling, budget planning and communicating with clients

Qualifications, licenses and experience

• Bachelor Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia

• Provisional or Unrestricted Australian driver’s license

• Experience in mid to high rise concrete design is desirable but not essential
