The Role

Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a reliable HR Rear Lift Truck Driver to join our team based in Artarmon, servicing Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Eastern suburbs and CBD.

This role involves commercial and industrial collections only — no residential work — providing consistent, efficient routes and strong customer interaction.

This is a Midnight - 2:00am start role, ideal for someone who prefers to get in early, finish early and avoid peak traffic.

About you

• Valid HR Licence (must be able to drive both manual and automatic trucks)
• Minimum 3 years’ HR truck driving experience
• Available for early starts
• A flexible and reliable attitude
• Experience operating waste industry vehicles (front lift, rear loader and hook lift trucks)
• Physically fit and able to pass drug & alcohol testing
• Presentable, with a professional attitude & great work ethic
• A team player with the ability to work independently
• Safety-conscious and proactive
