El Camino Cantina Showgrounds is seeking a talented and passionate Cook/Chef to join our team. As a member of our culinary team, you will work under the supervision of our Head Chef to assist in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking
• Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements:

• Previous experiences in a similar environment
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow as a culinary professional
