About the role
Based in our global head office in Melbourne, and reporting to the Head of People & Culture Corporate Functions, the P&C Business Partner balances strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on delivery.
Operating within a global matrix environment, this role will partner with senior leaders and people managers across Corporate Functions to deliver strategic and operational people solutions that enable high performance, organisational effectiveness and an exceptional employee experience.
Support business transformation and organisational change
Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business priorities and growth objectives
Lead talent, performance, succession and engagement programs across client groups
Manage employee relations matters including performance, conduct and grievances
Drive culture, capability and employee experience initiatives that strengthen our One TWE culture
About you
You're a commercially astute HR professional with a track record of supporting and driving organisational change. You have strong business partnering capabilities, sound judgement, and the confidence to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Most importantly, you genuinely care about people. You're motivated by creating positive employee experiences, strengthening team performance and fostering a culture where individuals feel connected, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Significant HR Business Partner experience, preferably supporting corporate or enabling functions in a matrix environment
Proven ability to lead and manage change initiatives that achieve desired business outcomes
Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders on people, culture and organisational challenges
Employee relations experience including performance management and workplace investigations
Experience leading talent, organisational development and workforce planning initiatives
Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence
