A new Vinnies retail store is opening soon in Gregory Hills, and we're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead this exciting new location. Our new store will be prominently located in a thriving business centre in South West Sydney, an area experiencing strong long-term growth. As Store Manager, you will play a key role in establishing the Vinnies brand within the local community while leading a high-performing retail operation.

We're looking for someone with proven retail management experience who is passionate about operational excellence, delivering outstanding customer service, and leading by example. Success in this role will come from your ability to create an engaging shopping experience, maintain high retail standards, and build a positive store culture. A key part of this position is leading a diverse team of both paid staff and volunteers. Strong people leadership, coaching, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire, develop, and support your team to achieve excellent results.

• Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers
• Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time
• Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards
• Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store
• Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement
• Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community
• Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture in store
• Use the company's mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store

• Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high-volume retail
• Strong leadership skills; with good fashion sense
• Strong focus on customer experience
• Proven people management skills or Experience in managing people, training and coaching
• Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets
