About the Opportunity:
Kisumé is seeking a talented chef de partie to join their team. Work with supportive and passionate chefs in an award-winning venue. You will be driven and genuinely passionate about cooking. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from the best in the industry. 

Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie
• Minimum 3 years working in pan or grill section at al a carte restaurant
• Basic knowledge of fish handling
• Experience trimming, portioning and grilling meat
• Knowledge in Asian cuisine desirable
• Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience in effectively maintaining and managing set ups, changeovers, closedown and handover to standard
• Understanding of Food Safety and OH&S standards and compliance
• Understanding of stock control & ordering processes
• Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
