We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Reception & Office Assistant to join our Shared Services team. This is a varied and hands-on role that plays a key part in creating a professional and welcoming experience for our clients, visitors and staff while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our Barangaroo office.

The Role
Reporting to the Front of House & Facilities Team Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and staff, creating a professional and welcoming experience.

You'll also support the day-to-day running of the office, including meeting and event catering, meeting room coordination, office supplies, staff kitchens and other front-of-house activities that keep our workplace running smoothly.
In this role, you will:

• Deliver a professional and welcoming reception experience for clients, visitors and staff.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, mail, couriers and general reception enquiries.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, visitor requirements and catering for meetings and events.
• Maintain office supplies, stationery, access passes and locker allocations.
• Support the presentation and day-to-day upkeep of office, kitchen and communal areas.
• Assist with office operations, facilities coordination and internal events

About You

• Previous experience in reception, office administration, customer service or hospitality
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive and hands-on approach to work
• High attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
