Key responsibilities

• Expert optical dispensing including progressives, lens coatings, and frame styling
• Delivering exceptional customer service and personalised eyewear solutions
• Accurate fitting, adjustments, troubleshooting, and measurements
• Managing patient orders from consultation through to collection
• Working collaboratively with optometrists to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
• Maintaining dispensary presentation, stock organisation, and operational efficiency
• Driving repeat business through strong patient relationships and product confidence

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as an Optical Dispenser is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of lenses, frame fitting, measurements, and patient recommendations
• Experience with Optomate
• Confidence in premium sales, upselling, and customer retention
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
• Availability across Alexandra Hills and surrounding locations

Capalaba, Cleveland, Birkdale, Wellington Point, Thornlands, Sheldon, Victoria Point, and Thorneside or Greater Brisbane.
