Build a Thriving PT Business in a Tight-Knit, Community-Focused Gym 

We are seeking motivated and professional Personal Trainers to operate within our facility on a contracted basis. With an established membership base of 800+ active members, our gym offers a consistent, community-driven environment where trainers can build strong client relationships and long-term retention. 

Structure 

• $75 per day facility access fee (Minimum 1 day per week) 
• 12-month agreement 
• Operate your own PT business within the facility 
• Limited Personal Trainer spots available to ensure quality of service and floor space 
• This structure is designed for trainers who are serious about building a consistent and sustainable client base.

About the Role 

As a Personal Trainer, you will run your own PT business within the facility while contributing to a positive member experience. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Delivering 1:1 and small group PT sessions 
• Programming tailored to client goals 
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships 
• Being an engaged and professional presence on the gym floor 

What you need 

• Certificate IV in Fitness (minimum) 
• Current First Aid & CPR 
• ABN 
• Public Liability Insurance, minimum $10,000,000
• Professional Indemnity Insurance, minimum $5,000,000  
• Queensland Police Check 
• Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Self-motivated with a long-term mindset 
• Passionate about coaching and client outcomes
