We're seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Pyrmont, NSW. This is a strategic role that provides consolidated financial reporting and analysis to senior stakeholders locally and to our Paris headquarters. You'll be working in the environmental services and sustainability industry, gaining holistic exposure across the business, evaluating key financial and operational KPIs across the short term and longer term horizons.

• High exposure to executive-level strategic thinking and decision-making

• Broad organisational projects and real opportunities to make a tangible impact

• Exciting industry that continues to evolve with strong focus on environmental sustainability

• Preparing and reviewing monthly consolidated financial reports for Veolia ANZ management and Veolia's global headquarters in Paris

• Supporting the annual budget process and periodic forecasting cycles with senior stakeholders

• Delivering strategic financial insights to inform executive decision-making e.g. analysis on revenue drivers, variable and fixed costs, CAPEX, and capital employed across lines of business

• Proactively lead efforts to enhance current reports and processes through collaboration with stakeholders and partners

• University degree in Business, Commerce or Finance

• Professional qualification (CA/CPA) strongly preferred or currently working towards one

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar or related role, ideally with a large multinational or high volume business (e.g. manufacturing, retail, logistics). Commercial finance background highly desirable

• Advanced Excel skills and ability to quickly learn systems (SAP, TM1, Tableau)

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to adapt to change and competing deadlines

• Continuous improvement focus and willingness to develop and mentor peers with and without a finance background
