Are you a qualified Automotive Technician looking for a great team, modern workshop facilities, and a workplace that genuinely values your skills? Springwood Mazda is seeking a fully qualified Automotive Technician to join our busy and successful Service Department.

About the Role 

Reporting to the Workshop Foreman, you will carry out servicing, diagnostics, repairs and maintenance to manufacturer standards while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include vehicle servicing and repairs, diagnostics and fault finding, warranty repairs, road testing, quality control inspections, accurate repair documentation, and mentoring apprentices when required. 

About You 

• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent) 
• Qualified Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic trade certification 
• Current driver licence 
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills 
• Ability to work independently and within a team 
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and pride in quality workmanship 
• Dealership experience highly regarded 
• Mazda experience advantageous but not essential
