ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Resource Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, to meet and greet visitors, answer the phones, take messages, provide administration support, take minutes, schedule building repairs and order office supplies. This is a full-time role 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Annual salary is dependent on candidate experience.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Demonstrated work experience in a similar role.

• High level of competence in administrative processes and procedures.

• Ability to multi task and get the job done.

• High level of computer literacy, demonstrated experience with software products which include, word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook.

• Demonstrated ability in managing record management systems.

• Demonstrated ability to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

• Demonstrable commitment to empowering and respecting children and young people.

• Demonstrated ability to provide safe environments for children and young people and protect them from abuse and neglect.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

• National Police Clearance (dated within the last 3 months)

• WA Drivers Licence
