What You’ll Be Doing:Supporting Business Development Managers and Account Managers with loan applications from OnDeck’s broker networkManaging applications from submission through to settlement stageWorking closely with brokers, customers, credit and underwriting teams to progress deals efficientlyFollowing up on leads and maintaining an active daily pipelineCollecting and reviewing supporting documentation required for fundingKeeping brokers and customers updated throughout the application processAssessing deals, identifying potential risks or issues, and helping structure solutions to get deals across the lineHandling objections with confidence and professionalismMaintaining accurate information within Salesforce CRMProviding outstanding customer service and relationship managementSmashing daily, weekly and monthly KPIs in a high performing team environment
To Be Successful You:Must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Commerce, Accounting or similar)Must have full Australian working rightsPrevious sales, customer service, call centre or financial services experience highly regardedHave strong communication and relationship building skillsBring positive energy, resilience and a genuine desire to succeedAre commercially minded and enjoy problem solvingThrive in a target driven, fast paced environmentHave strong attention to detail and accountabilityAre eager to learn and build a long-term career within financial servicesSuitable for graduates looking to launch their career in a growing fintech environment
