About the role
Steelarc Engineering is seeking a motivated and organised Training and Compliance Administrator to join our Mackay-based team.
As Steelarc Engineering and Extreme Excavators unite to form the powerhouse EXS Services, we are entering an exciting period of growth and are looking for the right person to support our expanding operations.
As our Training and Compliance Administrator, you will coordinate and maintain training, compliance and site access requirements for our Site Services employees and subcontractors.
You will play an important role in ensuring personnel remain compliant with relevant site requirements, industry standards, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate employee and subcontractor training, inductions, and required courses.
Maintain training, competency, and compliance records.
Monitor site-entry requirements and ensure documentation remains current.
Support compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety requirements.
Monitor plant and equipment compliance, inspections, and servicing requirements.
Maintain accurate records and prepare compliance reports as required.
Liaise with employees, subcontractors, training providers, and other stakeholders.
Identify training or compliance gaps and assist with continuous improvement of processes.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or compliance software.
Intermediate computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and cloud-based systems.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
The ability to work confidently and independently when required.
A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to support others and contribute to a collaborative workplace.
