About the Role
A great opportunity has become available to join AMI’s O’Connor head office team in an Internal Sales role. This important position is an integral part of the sales team; using customer service skills over the phone and email, answering general customer enquiries, processing quotations and customer orders, and other general day to day administration tasks.

This is a full time role (after successful completion of 3 month probation), with salary in alignment with market rates, and pathways for advancement. After the qualifying period AMI also offers additional 10 paid Well Being Days a year, to be taken between February and November, at a rate of one per month and at an agreed time with your manager. We also offer a yearly employee profit share bonus.

About You
We are seeking a positive, self-motivated person to join our friendly team. Boating experience and a love of boating is a definite plus but not critical. 

The ideal candidate will be computer literate and reliable, with a polite and professional phone manner. A great start for someone wanting to join Australia’s successful marine industry, with opportunities to grow into the role and beyond. For the right candidate career training and other opportunities will also be available during the course of your employment.
