Join Our Team as an Administrator / Bookkeeper in Perth CBD
We are seeking a part-time Administrator / Bookkeeper to support our Perth CBD office. This role is ideal for someone highly organised and detail-oriented, who enjoys financial administration and bookkeeping, alongside general office support.
Days and hours are reasonably negotiable, with a preference for 3 days per week or the equivalent hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices and maintain accurate accounts payable records.
Reconcile company credit cards and expense claims.
Verify and maintain correct supplier details and payment information.
Assist with end-of-financial-year reporting obligations.
Maintain bookkeeping records using MYOB.
Assist with grant acquittal reporting and procedures.
Oversee general office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Maintain office facilities and equipment, ensuring routine maintenance is carried out.
Maintain organised filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
Provide general administrative support to the Perth team as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 3 years' experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or office administration.
Proficient in MYOB software.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
