Austral Contractors Group is a leading provider of civil services across Victoria. We are currently expanding our specialist team and looking for an experienced Concrete Cutter & Corer.

We differentiate ourselves by using the best equipment money can buy including robotic demolition units, wall saws, and advanced wire saws to ensure our team works smarter and delivers precision results on major civil projects.

What We Offer

• Top Tier Rates: We pay $60 – $70 per hour + Super
  (negotiable based on your experience with advanced machinery).

• Company Vehicle: A fully equipped company van is provided.

• Advanced Equipment: You won't be fighting with old gear. We operate Husqvarna/Hilti wall saws, wire saws, and demolition robots.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Execute precision concrete cutting, coring, and drilling on civil and construction sites.

• Operate advanced machinery including Wall Saws, Wire Saws, and Demolition Robots.

• Maintain a tidy, safe, and organised work environment.

• Ensure all safety protocols and site procedures are followed without compromise.

• Perform equipment checks and maintenance to ensure gear is ready for the job.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Concrete Cutter & Corer in construction or civil works.

• Experience with (or a strong willingness to learn) Wall Saws, Wire Saws, and Robots is highly regarded.

• Valid White Card (Construction Induction) and current Driver’s Licence.

• Comfortable working autonomously while delivering high-quality results.

• Strong commitment to safety and using equipment responsibly.
